I'm very happy with the laser hair removal I received at this clinic. I purchased a 6-month treatment plan for my underarms, bikini area, and full legs. In my underarms and bikini area, the hair stopped growing completely by the second-to-last session, but I still completed the treatment. Regarding my legs, after the last session, a few stray hairs have appeared in different areas—very few and thinner. I'm currently getting a touch-up on my legs. The service from all the staff is excellent. Highly recommended.

From beginning to end, the service was superb! Jacob Cooley is extremely pleasant! I was nervous when I first called to inquire about a breast augmentation/ lift. He answered every single question. He’s knowledgeable and calmed my nerves. Then I met the queen herself, Rachel Ford. WHAT A DREAM! So informative/passionate about her work. I can tell that she truly cares for her patients. The best bedside manners. I’ve never felt like she was rushing through my appointments. She always made sure that ALL my questions were answered. Dr. Ford restored my confidence and I am over the moon with my results! I cannot say enough great things about Renuance. [Single best thing is...] The day of my procedure, EVERY SINGLE PERSON was in the BEST mood. I went in almost crying because of how nervous I was. Their great moods completely shifted mine. The nurses, the anesthesiologist, the surgical tech, Dr. Ford, they were all in a happy mood. I want to say thank you to them because that genuinely made me feel sooo comfortable. The anesthesiologist was cracking jokes (he knew how nervous I was). He made me laugh right before being put under. He answered any questions I had. He asked me why I felt so uneasy and he accomplished tackling every single question I had to calm my nerves. Overall, I felt comfortable. I felt like I was under the care of my own family. Greatest feeling when you’re an anxious person.

Dr. E is awesome. He is professional yet personal and very patient. He listens to your concerns and makes sure you are comfortable. I have had other consultations leaving feeling judged or unheard. Not here. The whole staff are amazing.

My overall experience so far has been impeccable. Staff was friendly and attentive. Dr. Ford and her staff made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions and answered questions I didn’t know to ask.

Dr.Debbie is understanding of my needs. I have spoken with her 3 times about RHA before finally getting it. She didn't seem bothered by all the questions I had. I appreciate her patience and gentle care.

Receptionist was very pleasant and upbeat. Wait time was around five minutes. Coordinator was very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Wait time was approx one minute for Dr Ford. She is so personable and happy. She is highly intelligent and extremely focused. She truly cares and wants to give me exactly what I want. I did not feel rushed in any way. My next meeting with the coordinator was very pleasant. She is so organized and gave me everything I needed to make the right choice for me. They really cared every step of the way.

Dr. Ford did an incredible job and is a wonderful person. The front office people were very friendly and kind. They treat you like family there.

I drive from San Diego because I trust Chelsea as my injector. Every visit—from check-in to the procedure—is seamless. I really appreciate the efficiency, as it allows me to get back in time for school. Once I’m no longer a student and have a steady income, I definitely plan to invest in more than just Botox.
