Dr. Ford was easy to talk to and gave me a all the information I needed to make a decision. She was very thorough in her description of what she would be able to do in the procedure.

The staff is very polite and attentive. Appointment time was right on, no waiting. I have such positive expectations on the entire procedure.

I would say the feeling of being at ease knowing you are in good hands going into surgery was the best thing. Dr. Eichenberg and his staff were all very knowledgeable and confident.
