Dr. Eichenberg's no nonsense approach is very refreshing and reassuring. I had very specific concerns and expectations and he alleviated all of them. If and when I have the surgery he would certainly be my top pick hands down. My only gripe/suggestion is for the coordinator: When you hand a potential patient the Care Credit pamphlet - it would be extremely helpful to let patient know which Care Credit options you accept. For me, my monthly payment would have ended up being 3X higher than I anticipated. I was just about to call and schedule surgery before I discovered this hugely important detail.Financing aside, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Eichenberg.
I am very happy with how I look after the procedures the doctor, nurse and even scheduler were kind and friendly. I like that I would walk in and everyone already knew who I was and everything about my procedure. It was very personable.
Between Jacob and Dr. Ford, I had so much comfort with them giving me details about all aspects of the entire process from start to finish.
Outcome was excellent. Improved my quality of life and overall appearance. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Only thing I can suggest is patient pick up. Need to work on coordination of patient pick up and inform spouse or whoever is picking up patient on the recovery and when a good time to arrive for pickup. have the Lobby open for them and make sure they are comfortable and cared for...this is a stressful situation for anyone waiting to pickup a patient in particular a spouse.

Easy honest they took time to put together process that maybe the most effective means for me to get the results I am looking for and they were conscientious of my spend.... now I need to climb the mountain of success in my new job to afford the work to be done by this amazing team!
Dr. Debbie is the best out there. She takes time to make sure she is doing exactly what the patient wants and is a true artist of her skill.
